Daily yoga sessions can be enjoyed each morning through out the season at our lovely neighbor resort Anawasal. Practice daily in their open air yoga shala. Group or private yoga classes can also be arranged on our jetty upon request.
Ashtanga yoga has a strong focus on breathing and movement. It develops strength and flexibility in a healthy and balanced way. Yoga offerings also inlcude Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga and Yoga for kids. A couple of times yearly there also also yoga retreats which guests staying at The Rascals are welcome to participate in.
